Miguel previously helped define the candidate sourcing methods at several of Silicon Valley’s leading companies prior to founding Pierpoint in 2003. Miguel was responsible for driving global hiring for the Latin American arms of such companies as Cisco Systems and Peoplesoft. His initial goal with Pierpoint was to create a sustainable sourcing solution, and once this goal was achieved, the company went on to offer Blended VSP / sourcing solutions, eventually evolving to offer full RPO. Originally from Buenos Aires, Miguel grew up in the San Jose area, hence his focus on Silicon Valley companies. He and his wife Alyssa have two children and are involved in local Bay Area charities.

Shanil Kaderali, Chief Strategy Officer

Shanil Kaderali, Chief Strategy Officer

A leader in global TA Strategy, Shanil was responsible for the sourcing models at companies such as Cisco Systems, Symantec, and WellPoint. He has led TA functions as a manager and senior director in high tech and health care, and served as an operations leader at a Baker’s Dozen RPO. A speaker and writer on TA Strategy, Shanil lives in Los Angeles with his wife Lena and their child. He is involved in charities such as Habitat for Humanity and the LA Food Bank.

  • Built and supported numerous global TA teams for F500 organizations, responsible for establishing overall program performance and meeting SLA targets
  • Supportive agent for change management, specializing in process improvements and consistency
  • Lead the Recruitment Function at Avature, overseeing hiring focused within the United States with additional global components

Jill grew up in Upstate NY and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Buffalo. She comes with over 20 years of sales experience and over 10 years in the RPO space. Jill also ran her own business for 5 years. She has worked with Global/National companies like Siemens, Allscripts, McDonald’s, First Data, Convergys, Nike, United Health Group, Schneider Electric, CarMax and many more. Working with Fortune 500, Global 2000 companies her ability to leverage her long-standing relationships, her savvy business sense, and ability to understand her clients’ needs has made her an ideal partner. She can intuitively see through her client’s recruitment challenges and craft an ideal solution that fits their recruitment needs in a quick and cost effective manner. She is a wine and foodie snob with a passion for rescuing animals and spending time with her furry kids.

Tracey grew up in Pasadena, California and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She has had experience owning several businesses with an emphasis on health and wellness. She comes with over 20 years of sales experience. Tracey has been in the Recruitment industry for 5 years and now partners with Jill Rosenfield bringing over 15+ years’ of consultative recruiting sales to Pierpoint. Her client partners consist of Rose Acre Farms, Armed Forces Services (Magellan Health), Mercedes, Acceptance Insurance, Cyren, Emcare, Modern Health, Global Eagle, Hertz Rental and Embark just to name a few. Tracey participated in the Tournament of Roses Organization and was honored with a position on the 1986 Rose Court as an ambassador of Pasadena and the Rose Parade. She attended UCLA, just celebrated a 23-year Anniversary with her husband Jeff, is an avid tennis player, cook, and loves her 2 beautiful daughters and two doggies.

Lou is seasoned business development professional with over 20 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing with an emphasis on Human Resource and Talent Acquisition applications. He has had successful outsourcing engagements with many Fortune 500 companies like Home Depot, The Gap, AT&T Wireless, Citibank, Bellsouth, Earthlink, Dell, Microsoft, Hitachi and FedEx just to mention a few. He received his Bachelor’s from the University of Florida in Advertising and Marketing and resides in the metro Atlanta area with his wife and two cats. He likes to travel and has been known to lose more than one or two golf balls on those travels.

Jon Langford, Director of Solution Design & Sales Operations

Jon Langford, Director of Solution Design & Sales Operations

Jon carries 11+ years of industry experience working with firms such as CareerBuilder, PeopleScout and Pierpoint.  This diverse background allows Pierpoint’s solution design team to incorporation expertise across more tactical elements of the recruitment process in addition to long-term, strategic recruitment methodology.  Jon oversees many aspects of sales enablement, business development strategy, sales and marketing communications and client solution design.  In coming to Pierpoint from two of the industry’s biggest players, he has helped to establish robust Standard Operating Procedures and rigorous quality control, on top of 30% annual sales growth.

Our recruiters — the heart and soul of our company — have an average of 8+ years recruiting experience.  In keeping with our belief in a global village, they speak multiple languages.  They come from all over the US, as  well as from Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Sao Paulo,  London.  Madrid, and Singapore. Fifty percent of our team members have advanced degrees, and one  has a PhD in Computer Science.  We are proud of our 95% global retention rate.
