His initial business concept was to create a global sourcing and recruiting engine for Fortune 500s. 15 years later, Pierpoint is at the epicenter of Silicon Valley, and has leveraged their flexible recruiting offerings to address hiring needs in healthcare, med-tech, pharma, financial, and chemical industries.
Alyssa Thach, President and COO
Alyssa is a seasoned veteran of the HR and Recruiting Industry and a well-qualified executive at Pierpoint. Her passion is to enable simple, clever, and innovative solutions for organizations to achieve visible business impact. And she has been delivering that for large, global brands throughout her career.
At Pierpoint she is empowering human potential and team excellence while providing oversight into our Talent Acquisition Strategy, Sales Enablement, and People Operations. Alyssa has significant experience in bio-tech, pharma, technology, medical devices and consumer products.
Stephanie Spatz, Sr. Director, Talent Solutions
Stephanie is a Global Talent Leader with experience in both rapid growth start-ups and global Fortune 500 organizations. A business-minded leader and trusted advisor to executives, she is accomplished in driving creative and innovative sourcing and staffing solutions in highly visible, complex, and fast-paced environments. Stephanie has built and supported numerous TA teams and is responsible for establishing overall program performance and meeting SLA targets for Pierpoint.
Stephanie is an expert in change management, specializing in aligning talent acquisition initiatives with business strategy to drive bottom-line success. She has deep rooted experience in high tech, Internet, healthcare, and education industries.
Jill Rosenfield, VP of Sales
Jill grew up in Upstate NY and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Buffalo. She comes with over 20 years of sales experience and over 10 years in the RPO space. Jill also ran her own business for 5 years. She has worked with Global/National companies like Siemens, Allscripts, McDonald’s, First Data, Convergys, Nike, United Health Group, Schneider Electric, CarMax and many more.
Working with Fortune 500, Global 2000 companies her ability to leverage her long-standing relationships, her savvy business sense, and ability to understand her clients’ needs has made her an ideal partner. She can intuitively see through her client’s recruitment challenges and craft an ideal solution that fits their recruitment needs in a quick and cost effective manner.
Tracey Langford, Director of National Accounts
Tracey grew up in Pasadena, California and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She has had experience owning several businesses with an emphasis on health and wellness. She comes with over 20 years of sales experience. Tracey has been in the Recruitment industry for 5 years and now partners with Jill Rosenfield bringing over 15+ years’ of consultative recruiting sales to Pierpoint.
Her client partners consist of Rose Acre Farms, Armed Forces Services (Magellan Health), Mercedes, Acceptance Insurance, Cyren, Emcare, Modern Health, Global Eagle, Hertz Rental and Embark just to name a few. Tracey participated in the Tournament of Roses Organization and was honored with a position on the 1986 Rose Court as an ambassador of Pasadena and the Rose Parade.
Rob Laseak, Director Talent Acquisition

Frank Fimbres, Marketing & Sales Enablement
Frank is a Marketing expert with substantial background in Digital Marketing and Branding for global brands. He has deep experience with E-Commerce as well as Professional Service brands. With a creative drive, he has managed campaigns for hundreds of international clients both for B2B and consumer brands.
With 10 years of experience, Frank has built and managed internal Marketing teams with a Project Management vision, becoming an expert in Email Marketing, Social Media and overall digital strategy with a Branding perspective. He is bilingual (English and Spanish) and has earned Marketing BA and MBA degrees along with Branding and Fashion Design postgraduate degrees.
