And she has been delivering that for large, global brands throughout her career.
At Pierpoint she is empowering human potential and team excellence while providing oversight into our Talent Acquisition Strategy, Sales Enablement, and People Operations. Alyssa has significant experience in bio-tech, pharma, technology, medical devices and consumer products.
Stephanie Spatz, Sr. Director, Talent Solutions
Stephanie is a Global Talent Leader with experience in both rapid growth start-ups and global Fortune 500 organizations. A business-minded leader and trusted advisor to executives, she is accomplished in driving creative and innovative sourcing and staffing solutions in highly visible, complex, and fast-paced environments. Stephanie has built and supported numerous TA teams and is responsible for establishing overall program performance and meeting SLA targets for Pierpoint.
Stephanie is an expert in change management, specializing in aligning talent acquisition initiatives with business strategy to drive bottom-line success. She has deep rooted experience in high tech, Internet, healthcare, and education industries.
Jill Rosenfield, VP of Sales
Jill grew up in Upstate NY and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Buffalo. She comes with over 20 years of sales experience and over 10 years in the RPO space. Jill also ran her own business for 5 years. She has worked with Global/National companies like Siemens, Allscripts, McDonald’s, First Data, Convergys, Nike, United Health Group, Schneider Electric, CarMax and many more.
Working with Fortune 500, Global 2000 companies her ability to leverage her long-standing relationships, her savvy business sense, and ability to understand her clients’ needs has made her an ideal partner. She can intuitively see through her client’s recruitment challenges and craft an ideal solution that fits their recruitment needs in a quick and cost effective manner.
Tracey Langford, Director of National Accounts
Tracey grew up in Pasadena, California and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She has had experience owning several businesses with an emphasis on health and wellness. She comes with over 20 years of sales experience. Tracey has been in the Recruitment industry for 5 years and now partners with Jill Rosenfield bringing over 15+ years’ of consultative recruiting sales to Pierpoint.
Her client partners consist of Rose Acre Farms, Armed Forces Services (Magellan Health), Mercedes, Acceptance Insurance, Cyren, Emcare, Modern Health, Global Eagle, Hertz Rental and Embark just to name a few. Tracey participated in the Tournament of Roses Organization and was honored with a position on the 1986 Rose Court as an ambassador of Pasadena and the Rose Parade.
Kyle Darling, Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Kyle brings fifteen years of experience in talent acquisitions, RPO solutions design, program management, recruitment, marketing, sales, and workforce consulting. With Pierpoint International, as VP of Strategic Accounts, Kyle is responsible for service design, sales, and account management.
Kyle began his career with ManpowerGroup, recruiting for Edward Jones Investments, Intuit, Comcast, Russel Investments, Dana Holding Automotive, Touch E-commerce and Furniture Brands. For the last 10 years, he was responsible for leading enterprise sales for ManpowerGroup. Recently with Allegis Group, Kyle led the Consulting practice specializing in RPO service design, sourcing strategies, media advisory, recruitment marketing & branding, HR technology, and talent acquisition thought leadership.
Frank Fimbres, Marketing & Sales Enablement
Frank is a Marketing expert with substantial background in Digital Marketing and Branding for global brands. He has deep experience with E-Commerce as well as Professional Service brands. With a creative drive, he has managed campaigns for hundreds of international clients both for B2B and consumer brands.
With 10 years of experience, Frank has built and managed internal Marketing teams with a Project Management vision, becoming an expert in Email Marketing, Social Media and overall digital strategy with a Branding perspective. He is bilingual (English and Spanish) and has earned Marketing BA and MBA degrees along with Branding and Fashion Design postgraduate degrees.
Sabrina Schneider, Director of Talent Strategy & Executive Search
Sabrina is a Talent Acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience assisting multi-industry clients across the globe. Based in Buenos Aires, the majority of her career has been on the executive search side of recruiting with a heavy focus on talent mapping and research. With Pierpoint, she leads the talent mapping service and is our customer success manager, ensuring our clients receive best-in-class support while internal teams get set for success.
Sabrina owned a boutique executive search firm for 9 years, where she had the pleasure to partner with global key companies like GlaxoSmithKline, Roche, Quintiles, KPMG, Danone, and DuPont for senior-level hiring needs. She also worked at Chevron where she led a team of 10+ talent acquisition specialists responsible for G&A roles across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
Ignacio Martin, Director of Finance & Operations
Ignacio has over a decade of experience in leading global Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources functions in the RPO industry. His interests include international business strategy, process optimization, and financial forecasting.
Currently residing in Miami, Florida, he enjoys travel to various places in the world, although his favorite place is Buenos Aires, where he has strong family connections. Ignacio graduated with B.A in Economics from Florida International University and an MBA from UADE Business School.
Rob Laseak, Director of Talent Acquisition
Rob has a strategic experience and execution track record to create high-quality, low-cost, efficient hiring practices across the organization. He has worked through an assessment process to find tailor-made solutions by striking the ideal balance between the internal talent team and external partners. He has also experience as a consultant, contractor, and employee to deliver the best hiring practices as both an individual contributor and a leader. Adriel Cueva, Director of Client Success
Adriel brings over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, RPO solution design, program management, recruitment, training and development, and workforce consulting. With Pierpoint International, as Director of Client Success, Adriel is responsible for solution design, sales, and account management.
Adriel began his talent acquisition career with ManpowerGroup, recruiting for and managing programs for various high-profile clients, including KB Home, RedBull, Starbucks, Southwest Key, Hobart, to name just a few. Adriel went on to work for privately held companies to create and execute recruiting programs from the ground up, both nationally and internationally. Adriel has also been instrumental in creating and delivering recruiter and hiring manager trainings internationally.
