SAN JOSE, California, December 13, 2016 — HRO Today recently announced the results of its 2016 RPO Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings and, for the second consecutive year, Pierpoint International was named as a leading Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO) provider. The Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on customer feedback collected annually from buyers of RPO services. Those buyers were asked to rank providers across a range of categories, including quality of service, breadth of service, and size of deal.
Pierpoint’s own client satisfaction responses closely reflect the Baker’s Dozen rankings and show the depth of the firm’s success across its range of service offerings. Its Sourcing Services, Hybrid Blending Solutions, Project-based Recruitment, and Container Model services all rated 90 percent to 95 percent, while its Full RPO and VSP Solutions both rated 100 percent
“Our overall satisfaction rating is 95% and we work to earn it every day,” commented Jill Rosenfield, Pierpoint’s VP of Sales. “Our clients have shown us their appreciation by voting us into the Baker’s Dozen again!”
Pierpoint takes a consultative and low-cost approach to recruiting and prides itself on carefully listening to each customer’s challenges. The firm works to align customized recruiting strategies exactly to each customer’s needs. “We are honored to be recognized on the annual RPO Baker’s Dozen list,” explained Shanil Kaderali, EVP Global Talent at Pierpoint. “Our employees focus on operational excellence and delivering the results our clients expect and making the list is a great point of pride for all of us here at Pierpoint.”
