Adriel is a dynamic and engaging leader with over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO solutions design, program management, consulting, training and development. Throughout his journey, he has supported multiple word-class clients such as KB Home, RedBull, Starbucks, Southwest Key, and Hobart, to mention just a few.
In addition, Adriel went on to work for privately held companies to create and execute recruiting programs from the ground up, both nationally and internationally. He has also been instrumental in creating and delivering recruitment training internationally.
Now with Pierpoint International, as Director of Client Success, Adriel is responsible for solutions design, sales, and account management. Mastering the art of developing talent attraction strategies, competitive research, and digital recruitment solutions. Benefitting our clients with reduction of recruitment costs, time-to-hire, and overall elevation of brand standards.
